Clock Conversion to quartz - Ford, Lincoln, Mercury BORG movements

Want the accuracy and reliability of a modern quartz clock? I can convert your clock so it runs like a new one.

• BORG clocks have a 'B' stamped on the back of the case.
• General Time movements are stamped 'GT' and I cannot convert them to quartz.
• A converted clock will not have the distinct 'click' when winding and the second hand will sweep rather than step, but otherwise looks and installs like the original.
• Converting to quartz requires the core clock be complete and have a working set mechanism (used to set the time).

NOTES:

1. This service is for clocks with Borg movements only. Borg type clocks are marked on the back of the case with a B.
2. The rectangular console clocks and many dash clocks after 1970 used General Time movements and have GT stamped into the back of the case. Given the poor condition of most GT clocks sent in I no longer service them.
